 | 2 (16 ounce) packages of frozen corn kernels |
 | 1 1/2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese cubed |
 | 1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces |
 | 1/4 cup white sugar |
 | 3 slices American cheese |
 | 1/4 cup whole milk |
 | For extra zip, feel free to add a few jalapeno peppers or green
chilis! |

In a 6 quart slow cooker, combine the corn, cream cheese,
butter, sugar, American cheese and milk.

Cover and set to low.

Cook for about 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.

Serves 10. You can adjust the ingredients
proportionately to serve more or fewer people.
Note: Cheese and milk burn easily, so we do not
recommend cutting the time and using the High setting. |
