 | 6 oz seasoned, cooked taco meat |
 | 1 sliced and fried baking potato |
 | 4 oz or more shredded cheddar or American cheese |
 | 1 oz diced tomatoes |
 | 1 oz sliced black olives |
 | 1 oz sliced jalapenos |
 | 1 T sour cream |
 | 1 oz chopped onion or scallions |
 | 1 Guinness Stout |

Open the Guinness Stout and pour into a pilsner class.
Take a sip.

In an oven-proof flat baking dish, assemble the potato,
taco meat, 1/2 the cheese, tomatoes, olives, jalapenos, and top with the
remaining cheese.

Take another sip of the Guinness.

Turn on oven to 400 degrees.

Take another sip of the Guinness.

Bake nachos for 10 minutes.

Take another sip or two of the Guinness while the nachos
are baking.

When the nachos are done, top with the sour cream and
onions.
